Vic Starzyk
Vic entered the NST program in June 2012 and wanted assistance to Challenge for his Millwright certification having tried once on his own. Vic worked on the planer in the mill and believed there was more security if he had a millwright ticket and with some assistance he was confident this was within his reach. After completing the assessment our training consultants worked with Vic in the development of an action plan that was geared towards achieving his goal.
Thank you, to everyone for helping with my Millwright challenge, this means a lot to me and will give me more security in my Mill and much more comfortable with my work in the future. I really applied myself to be successful and with the help I received I am a certified Millwright today.
